Hello! Remember me? I took an impromptu hiatus in April. I had planned to start posting again on April 12 (the due date of my final assignment) but I let job applications and interviews eat up another week of my time. At that point, my blogging schedule was shot. So, I decided to take the entire month off and instead focus on scheduling ahead for May. I’ve been blogging for so long that I can’t be bothered to make a fuss saying “Sorry I’ve been away” or “I’m taking a short hiatus”. If you don’t see any posts, other priorities caught my attention and I took a break 😛
As I mentioned, I submitted my final assignment for my MLIS program on April 12. I’m done! Graduation is technically May 24 but I am done all my academic work. Now to find ‘real’ work, AKA a job. I plan to make some changes to my blogging habits once I start working. For this month at least, though, things will be the same as usual.

Upcoming in May
- All month – Wyrd & Wonder is a month-long celebration of fantasy that takes place across the blogosphere and on social media. If you’re writing blog posts (including but not limited to reviews, read-alongs, interviews, lists, discussion posts), you can link them up here. I will be participating via Twitter. This year, the event features prompts for each day and two readalongs.

- 7 May – Release of Middlegame by Seanan McGuire (the first McGuire/Grant book I am interested in reading outside of the Waward Children series) and Just South of Home by Karen Strong (ghostly mystery middle grade)
