February 2021 Month In Review

Posted 1 March 2021 in month in review /9 Comments

February was a false start in my return to blogging. March 1 being a Monday is satisfying, so here’s to trying again. Can I write two posts/week this month? Time will tell.

Books Finished

  • Frying Plantain by Zalika Reid-Benta (read with Dad for Family Reads)
  • The Warlow Experiment by Alix Nathan (literary fiction)
  • Take Back the Block by Chrystal D. Giles (frontlist MG)
  • A Place at the Table by Saadia Faruqi and Lauren Shovan (frontlist MG)
  • All You Knead is Love by Tanya Guerrero (ARC)

Books Reviewed

  • The Liar’s Dictionary by Eley Williams (adult fiction that’s stranger than you might expect)
  • That’s itttt that’s the only Feburary post apart from January month in review

On My Radar in March

#OwnVoices indicated below AFAIK (I haven’t read these books). Please notify me of any errors or places where I can be more specific.

How was your February? What new books, or bookish events, are you looking forward to this month?

    • Haha thank you, glad I can share the joy! 😛 After rereading Nevermoor in December I thought I should really ask for my own copies… the Garth book is very nicely designed as well.

  1. Good luck getting back into blogging this month! I’ve been feeling a bit slumpy myself this month, but I’m hoping to get my enthusiasm back by reading a historical romance as a break from my heavier reading 🙂
