Hello October. I’m still in Winnipeg. Been having a lovely time biking, reading, blogging, cooking, and spending time with my family. Not really sure what’s going on with my life (i.e. with work). Not sure where I’ll be two weeks from now. That’s fine. 🙃 Anyway, I’m feeling particularly grateful for reading and blogging as something that I can do wherever and whenever I want – something that’s not affected by indefinite layoffs, damaged municipal budgets, and COVID-19 measures…

Love the cover for Black Sun! Happy Spooktober!
Thanks! Happy Spooktober to you as well 🙂
I’ll be curious to see what you thought of Rick—I’ve been looking forward to that book!
Rick is a great read! It’s a simple slice of life story, but it deals with its subject manner well.
I also have Black Sun on my TBR for… sometime soon. Looking forward to it!
Right, any new books on my radar now are for next year as I have a backlog of reads I’d like to get to before the end of the year…
Such a busy month, I love all your detailed stats, I set out similar goals at the begining of the year … and then … mostly forgot about them…. whoops
Thank-you! I’ve been doing these kind of goals for years but this is the first time I tracked them month to month. It at least helps me remember that I have goals 😛
